A 55-year-old woman, identified as Ifeoma, tragically collapsed and died while giving a testimony at the Zonal Accountant Ministry Church in Ejigbo, Lagos. The incident occurred around 8:48 a.m. on September 8 during the testimony session. Witnesses reported that Ifeoma came forward singing before she suddenly slumped.
She was rushed to a hospital and later referred to the General Hospital in Isolo, where doctors confirmed her death.
Lagos State Police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident, stating that Ifeoma’s body had already been taken by her family to Anambra for burial. The cause of her sudden death remains unclear, and it is yet to be determined whether an investigation will follow.
