If you catch a strong whiff of him from six feet away, it’s safe to assume that he’s either a player or, at the very least, putting in an excessive amount of effort for a reason.

He can’t keep his game hidden from everyone. If the bartenders, bouncers, and waitstaff all know him and are familiar with his favorite drink without asking, it’s clear that he spends a lot of time in the club.
