Benue State Governor, Fr. Hyacinth Alia, kickstarts a game-changing road construction venture spanning 16 roads in Makurdi city, covering 15.39 kilometers.
Alia expressed gratitude for the people’s trust since taking office and acknowledged the fulfillment of his promises, including enhanced infrastructure.
“These 16 roads, totaling 15.39 km in Makurdi Metropolis, mark a significant step in our commitment to reshape Benue’s infrastructure. We’re creating a New Benue within our first 100 days,” he stated.
The road development includes vital routes such as Odeh-Ageh-John Felse Street, Nigerian Navy Barracks Road, Keghem Malu Street, and more. Alia emphasized that these upgrades would not only elevate city transportation but also fuel job growth and economic vibrancy.
