The Cloister of Appeal sitting in Lagos has chaotic the acumen of the National Assembly Acclamation Petitions Attorneys in Umuahia which absolved the acclamation of Amobi Ogah of the Labour Party and the affiliate apery Isikwuato Umunneochi Federal Constituency of Abia State
The attorneys had in September, 2023 annulled the acclamation of Ogah applicant of the Labour Party alone for the administrator to access the Cloister of Appeal to claiming the judgment.
While adverse Ogah’s election, the attorneys had disqualified in favour of the All Progressives Congress candidate, Nkiriuka Onyejiocha, bounden Minister of State for Labour and Employment.
On Friday, the appellate cloister disqualified in favour of Ogah who contested the acclamation on the belvedere of the Labour Party.
