Segun Dada, Special Assistant to President Tinubu on Social Media, has taunted former Vice President Atiku Abubakar following Atiku’s comments on Tinubu’s fall during the Democracy Day celebration at Eagle Square. Tinubu had slipped while boarding a parade vehicle but quickly regained his balance and continued the proceedings without further issues.
Atiku expressed his empathy in a post on X, hoping all was well with the President. He wrote, “I sincerely sympathise with President Bola Tinubu…over this unfortunate incident… I do hope that all is well with him.”
In response, Dada mocked Atiku, highlighting his repeated unsuccessful attempts to become president since 1992. Dada quipped that it’s better to fall briefly and rise than to continuously fall in presidential bids, emphasizing Tinubu’s current position as President and Commander in Chief.
