  3. Apple Cider Vinegar: This can help create an acidic environment that inhibits fungal growth. Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water, and soak your feet in this solution for 15 to 20 minutes daily. Dry your feet thoroughly afterward.
  4. Baking Soda: Baking soda has antifungal properties and can help neutralize foot odor. Create a paste by mixing baking soda with a small amount of water and applying it to the affected area. Leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
  5. Epsom Salt: Soaking your feet in an Epsom salt bath can help soothe itching and reduce inflammation. Add half a cup of Epsom salt to a basin of warm water and soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat this process twice daily.
  6. Hydrogen Peroxide: Hydrogen peroxide can help kill the fungus causing athlete’s foot. Mix hydrogen peroxide with an equal amount of water and soak your feet in this solution for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry your feet thoroughly afterward.
  7. Yogurt: Plain, unsweetened yogurt contains probiotics that can help fight fungal infections. Apply a thin layer of yogurt to the affected area and leave it on for 30 minutes.
