Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, an APC chieftain and former nPDP National Publicity Secretary, has sharply criticized President Bola Tinubu’s administration for inflicting hardship on Nigerians. He claims Tinubu is pursuing personal dreams rather than implementing the APC’s objectives. Eze stated that the APC owes Nigerians an apology for bringing Tinubu to power, emphasizing that citizens deserve better leadership.
In a statement, Eze called Tinubu’s recent speech on the nationwide protests against hunger and bad governance “shallow” and “out of tune with reality.” He argued that Tinubu’s administration is marked by high living costs, corruption, and insecurity, and accused the President of neglecting the party’s vision of a united, prosperous Nigeria.
Eze highlighted the excessive spending, such as 21 billion Naira on the Vice President’s house, amidst widespread poverty. He condemned the administration for promoting corruption and living extravagantly while ordinary Nigerians suffer.
