Former Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido, has said he does not expect anything good from the Tinubu-led administration. In a recent interview, the PDP chieftain claimed that the government was created to serve a few selfish individuals rather than the interests of Nigerians.
Lamido recalled how the PDP was pushed out of power in 2015 and how APC has ruled for nearly a decade. He questioned what the party has achieved, stating that he has no hope for any positive change. He also dismissed any criticism that his views were biased, insisting that Nigerians themselves are the best judges of the government’s performance.
The former governor urged Nigerians to assess the current administration and compare it with the PDP government they voted out. According to him, only the people can say whether they are better off now or regret their decision.
