Nigerian hip-hop artiste, Emeka Akumefule, professionally known as Blaqbonez, recently shared an interesting revelation about his friendship with fellow artists in the industry. Blaqbonez disclosed that Asake, who is currently enjoying great success, used to serve as his backup singer before achieving stardom. The talented artist explained that he has been friends with Fireboy, Asake, Superboi Cheque, Yhemolee, and Zamorra since their early days in the music industry while they were all students at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ife, Osun State. Blaqbonez further revealed that Zamorra and Asake were instrumental in the studio, providing background vocals to enhance his music.
