Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta remains unfazed by the recent Champions League defeat to Inter Milan as he shifts his focus to the upcoming Premier League clash against Chelsea.
Despite falling 1-0 to Serie A champions Inter at the San Siro, courtesy of a first-half penalty from Hakan Calhanoglu, Arteta believes the Gunners are well-prepared to face their London rivals this weekend.

The loss marked Arsenal‘s second consecutive 1-0 defeat, following their setback against Newcastle at St James’ Park. That result dented their Premier League title hopes, leaving them six points behind current leaders Liverpool.

With another tough away fixture looming at Stamford Bridge, Arsenal will be keen to reverse their fortunes after back-to-back losses on the road. But Arteta remains confident, reassuring fans that the team is ready to bounce back and prevent a third straight Premier League match without securing maximum points.

The Arsenal boss praised his squad’s strong performance against a formidable Inter side and expressed optimism that if they maintain the same level of play against Chelsea, they will come away with a positive result.

“The way we played tonight against Inter… the team can go to Chelsea and win,” the Spaniard told reporters after the defeat.
