Sule Kingsley, popularly known as Kellyrae, the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, has voiced his frustration over constant financial requests from friends and family. Kellyrae revealed in an interview with media personality Hero Daniels that the calls intensified after he shared that he gave his wife, Kassia, N55 million from his prize money.
The reality star pleaded for understanding, stating, “I’m not a rich man yet, please. The money is big, but things are expensive. Even buying eggs now, how many crates can I afford? Please allow a brother to settle.” Kellyrae urged those reaching out for financial support to be patient.
Kellyrae walked away with N60 million in cash and a customized Innoson car worth N40 million after his win. Reflecting on his victory, he admitted he didn’t expect to win, believing viewers favored other contestants like Wanni, Handi, and Onyeka.
