Nigerian singer Olawale Ibrahim Ashimi, widely known as Brymo, recently shared a surprising revelation about why he declined a collaboration request from fellow artist Simi. Responding to a fan who suggested that Adekunle Gold should feature Brymo on his upcoming album ‘Tequila Ever After,’ Brymo explained that both Adekunle Gold and Simi had approached him for collaborations in the past, but he turned down their requests.
Brymo revealed that he declined to work with Simi specifically because she was not willing to “get intimate” with him during the creative process. He further shared that he was unaware of their relationship at that time, and he also previously turned down a similar request from Adekunle Gold.
