Court Denies Bail for Binance Executive Tigran Gambaryan

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday denied the bail application of Tigran Gambaryan, a top executive of the cryptocurrency firm Binance. Gambaryan, along with Binance Holdings Limited and another executive, Nadeem Anjarwalla, who is currently on the run, faces charges from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for money laundering and terrorism financing.

Justice Emeka Nwite, in his ruling, stated that after reviewing the application, he concluded that Gambaryan posed a flight risk and would likely jump bail if released.
