Nigerian musician, Charles Chibuezechukwu, also known as Crayon, has refuted claims that he is 21 years old, clarifying that he will be turning 25 in July. The singer addressed the issue during a recent interview with Hip TV, highlighting the prevalence of false information on the internet. Crayon attributed the misinformation about his age to the fact that he started school at a young age and completed secondary school early.
Crayon said, “What you see on Wikipedia, sometimes are not accurate. For me, I started schooling at a very young age and I finished my secondary school very young. So all of that [alleged age] is just what you see on the internet mehn. I’m 24, I’m going 25 in July. It’s crazy like sometimes you see some things that are not matching.”
@dammy reacted: “Wow he would definitely pass for a 21 year old with his baby looking face.”
@nazzy77 commented: “Age is just a number. Doesn’t matter in heaven.”
