Oladotun Ojuolape, a well-known On Air Personality (OAP) known as Do2dtun, has responded to a recent court ruling in the context of his ongoing custody dispute with his estranged wife Taiwo’s brother, the renowned singer D’banj.
The custody battle has taken a legal turn, with a judge ruling in Dotun’s favor for joint child custody and implementing specific restrictions on his public statements concerning D’banj.
Dotun took to social media to express his sentiments and frustrations in the wake of the court’s decision. He accused D’banj of making his life intolerable during his marriage to Taiwo. The OAP also shared court documents confirming that a judge had granted him joint child custody with Taiwo.
The Chief District Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, issued a restraining order against Do2dtun, preventing him from making any defamatory posts about D’banj on social media or any other public platform.
Furthermore, the court instructed the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to conduct an investigation into a criminal complaint filed by D’banj against Dotun within a two-week timeframe and report back to the court.
Dotun expressed his frustration in an Instagram post, emphasizing his strong desire to be reunited with his children and asserting that D’banj is engaged in a power struggle with him.
