Veteran Nigerian musician, Eedris Abdulkareem, has hit out at President Bola Tinubu’s administration, accusing it of making empty promises. In his latest song, “Tell Your Papa,” Eedris urged Seyi Tinubu, the president’s son, to tell his father about the hardships Nigerians are facing.
Abdulkareem criticized Seyi for his remarks in March, where he called his father the greatest president in Nigeria’s history. The musician pointed out that Seyi seemed unaware of the economic difficulties, insecurity, and kidnappings troubling the country. He urged Seyi to feel the pain of ordinary Nigerians and take their concerns to his father.
