Ex-APC Aspirant Tunde Omosebi Evicted Over Unpaid Rent

Former APC presidential aspirant Tunde Omosebi has been evicted from his Abuja residence after a prolonged rent dispute. The eviction was executed by a court team on November 15, following a reported breach of the lease agreement and unpaid rent spanning four years.

The property’s landlord stated that multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Omosebi were unsuccessful, leading to legal action. Although Omosebi had issued a letter in 2022 indicating his intent to leave due to “irreconcilable differences,” he remained in the property, prompting the landlord to obtain a court order for eviction.
