FG – A bag Of Rice To Be Sold For N40,000

The Federal Government plans to sell 50kg bags of rice at ₦40,000 to Nigerians to help alleviate the food crisis. Minister of Information and National Orientation, Muhammed Idris, stated that this initiative is part of President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to ease living conditions.

Public servants interested in purchasing the rice must complete a Google form on the OHCSF website and submit it for endorsement. Payment and distribution will be managed by designated officials, with the Joint Union Council’s chairman overseeing for transparency.

Each staff member is entitled to one bag, with the option for multiple staff to share a bag. The initiative aims to address the current food crisis and its impact on the population.
