“Ganduje: APC Aims for 99% Support and Poll Victory in Kogi”

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, has issued a resounding call to the Kogi State electorate, urging them to throw their unwavering support behind the party and deliver a staggering 99 percent victory in the upcoming governorship election on November 11.

Speaking passionately during the official inauguration of the party’s National and State Campaign Councils for the election, Ganduje emphasized that Kogi has been a stronghold for the APC, and he believes the people will rally behind the party for the sake of good governance.

“Today, we mark the official launch of our state campaign committee, which will collaborate closely with the national campaign committee and the local government campaign committees to secure victory at the polls,” declared the national chairman.

He went on to emphasize the track record of good governance under Governor Yahaya Bello’s leadership, assuring that the APC would continue to build on this success with their gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Usman Ododo.

“Ododo is your son, a loyal and hardworking individual ready to serve both you and the state as governor,” Ganduje asserted. “We expect nothing short of a 99 percent victory from the people of Kogi in this forthcoming governorship election.”

Ganduje revealed that President Bola Tinubu had pledged support to ensure a peaceful and credible election in the state. Meanwhile, Governor Yahaya Bello echoed the sentiment, asserting that Kogi residents were prepared to cast their votes overwhelmingly in favor of the APC, given their confidence in the capable candidate, Ododo.

“Alhaji Usman Ododo, the APC gubernatorial flagbearer, possesses the political acumen and experience necessary to lead Kogi to greater heights,” Bello affirmed. “With Ododo as my successor, we will build upon the achievements of my administration, especially in areas such as security, education, health, and agriculture, to propel the state towards its desired growth and development.”
