Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has confidently stated that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDPfindwhosabiblog.com) will lead the next government in Nigeria. This declaration was made during the 76th birthday celebration of Adolphus Wabara, chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees, held in Umuahia, Abia State.
Governor Makinde highlighted the importance of the South East region and urged its people to stay resilient despite current challenges. Acting National Chairman of the PDP, Umar Damagum, echoed this sentiment, asserting that the party is poised to reclaim power in the 2027 elections. He encouraged members to remain steadfast and resilient in the face of obstacles.
The event saw participation from notable figures, including Governors Peter Mba of Enugu and Alex Otti of Abia, who emphasized unity and the significance of honoring the sacrifices of security personnel.
