How Can Nature Improve Your Libido?

We often associate ‘libido’ with the concept of sex drive, indicating one’s desire for sexual activity or how frequently they experience arousal. However, the original definition of ‘libido’ is rooted in the idea of life force energy, a perspective that might offer a more holistic understanding of this term.
