Hassan Kolawole, a 45-year-old suspected ritualist, was paraded by the Oyo State police on Friday through the state capital of Ibadan, wearing a brand-new human head.
Adebola Hamzat, the state commissioner of police, paraded Kolawole and nine other people who had been arrested for different crimes at various locations around the state at the command headquarters in Eleyele.
In an interview with reporters, the suspect admitted to the crime and said that a Muslim cleric had given him the fresh human head and two hands that were discovered in his possession.
“I have one wife and two children, and it is very difficult for me to take good care of them,” Kolawole stated. At a Maolud, I ran into a fellow Islamic cleric named Waheed.
He informed me that he was skilled in performing money rituals involving the use of human parts after we talked about it.He promised to get the human parts for me when I told him I didn’t know how to obtain them. Later, when we met early in the morning in Amuloko, he brought the human parts to me. I kept it in my office, where I frequently provided spiritual support to individuals in need.
“The day Waheed gave me the fresh head and two hands, the police came to search my office, but the person is still at large.”
In a related development, nine suspects who had been detained in various parts of the state were also paraded for charges that included cultism, kidnapping, theft and murder.
