INEC National Commissioner overseeing Kogi, Kwara, and Niger states, Prof. Dani Adam, has declared the recently concluded governorship election in Kogi State as free, fair, and credible. The statement was made during the presentation of the Certificate of Return to the Governor-elect, Ahmed Ododo, and his deputy, Joel Oyibo, at the INEC state headquarters in Lokoja.
Prof. Dani Adam emphasized that there is substantial evidence supporting the conclusion that the election was not only free and fair but also credible and verifiable by all concerned parties.
