On Friday night, a tragic incident occurred at a night club in Lagos, involving Kehinde Adesanwo. While attempting to resolve a dispute, Adesanwo unfortunately lost his life. The incident took place on Shiro Street, in the vibrant Fadeyi area of Lagos. According to reports, Adesanwo was shot in the stomach by an unknown individual. The unfortunate event unfolded when a customer at the bar, who remains unidentified, refused to settle his bill amounting to N52,000.
During the commotion that followed, it was discovered that the customer swiftly got into his vehicle and sped away. According to a witness who preferred to remain anonymous for safety concerns, “It happened on a Friday night, around 9pm. I was at the bar with my friends when we suddenly heard raised voices. It appeared that the establishment’s staff and a patron were engaged in a dispute regarding the customer’s outstanding debt. He owed the club a total of N52,000, and when the management requested payment, he began yelling and adamantly refused.”
“In an unexpected turn of events, a fight erupted when the individual made a daring attempt to flee the club. Amidst the chaos, a vigilant bouncer pursued and apprehended the fleeing person, resulting in yet another altercation. Amidst the commotion, a brave individual named Kehinde Adesanwo stepped in to mediate, but unfortunately, he was shot in the stomach by the customer involved. As pandemonium ensued, the customer took advantage of the confusion and swiftly made his escape in his car”.
