Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan received a grand welcome as she arrived in Kogi Central for her homecoming rally. A large crowd gathered to cheer her as she landed in a helicopter.
Despite warnings from the Kogi State government and police to cancel the event, the rally went ahead as planned. Supporters turned out in huge numbers to show their support for the senator.
