Nigeria’s leadership is fast becoming an international embarrassment, and this reckless display of political rascality must stop. Rather than tackling the urgent crises of poverty, insecurity, and economic instability, those in power are entangled in frivolous distractions. From allegations of sexual misconduct in the Senate to judicial rulings that threaten democracy, governance has been reduced to a circus, leaving citizens to suffer the consequences.
At a time when millions of Nigerians are battling hunger, unemployment, and failing public services, our leaders should be working tirelessly to provide real solutions. Instead, they are consumed by personal battles and political scheming. The Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary must refocus on their core duties and stop interfering in state affairs for selfish gains. Leadership is about service, not theatrics.
The decay in governance is not just disappointing—it is dangerous. If we continue down this path, the very foundation of our democracy will crumble. Nigeria needs a leadership defined by integrity, vision, and urgency. Our people deserve more than empty promises and political games.
