Ondo APC Mourns Passing of Governorship Aspirant, Dr. Paul Akintelure

The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is in mourning following the untimely demise of one of its esteemed governorship aspirants, Dr. Paul Akintelure.

Findwhosabi reported earlier that Dr. Akintelure, a respected medical doctor, succumbed to a brief illness in the early hours of Tuesday in Lagos, leaving behind a legacy of service and dedication.

In a heartfelt condolence message, the party’s state Publicity Secretary, Mr. Alex Kalejaiye, conveyed the deep sorrow felt by the APC family. The statement quoted the APC State Chairman, Ade Adetimehin, who expressed profound sadness over the loss of a personal friend and longtime associate.

“The All Progressives Congress in Ondo State is saddened over the death of one of its gladiators, Dr. Paul Akintelure,” the statement read. “He was a governorship aspirant, getting ready to participate in the party’s primary slated for next month.”

Describing Akintelure as a highly respected and committed political figure, the statement highlighted his dedication to the betterment of Ondo State. It emphasized his belief that politics should be about uplifting people and the land they inhabit.

“The contributions of the departed political leader to the development and stability of Ondo State chapter of APC will not be forgotten,” the statement continued. “Like other governorship aspirants, he was optimistic of victory, come April. He had many other plans, but death was never part of them.”

The Ondo State chapter of APC extended its condolences to Dr. Akintelure’s immediate family, the Igbotako community, his political associates, and the Nigerian Medical Association. May his soul rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire generations to come.
