Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, has called on politicians to use government funds to improve the standard of living for the people. Speaking at the Grimard School of Nursing and Midwifery in Ayingba, Kogi State, Obi emphasized that these funds belong to the people and should not be used for personal gain.
During his visit, the Catholic Bishop of Idah Diocese, Anthony Adaji, praised Peter Obi’s dedication to education, noting the significant improvements in school performance during his tenure as governor of Anambra State. Obi also visited Ankpa and Olamaboro local government areas, where he inaugurated two boreholes to benefit the communities.
