Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, also known as Mr. P, was notably absent from the dedication service of his brother Paul Okoye’s daughter, Princess Imani, held on Sunday. The event, attended by family members, including their elder brother Jude Okoye, was shared on social media by Paul, popularly called Rude Boy.
The absence of Mr. P has sparked speculation that it may be tied to ongoing disagreements between the twin brothers. Recently, Paul accused Peter of releasing a song titled Winning, which he claims was written as part of their previously planned joint album. Paul expressed his frustrations on Instagram, alleging the song was released without his consent and calling out Peter for breaching their agreement.
In response, Peter clarified that the song was co-written with the producer and defended his actions. He accused Paul and their older brother Jude of trying to sabotage the song’s release. Despite their differences, fans remain hopeful the brothers can resolve their disputes and focus on their music careers.
