Police apprehend NDLEA agent in connection with the death of 2-year-old boy in Delta.

Delta State police have arrested lvan Omorhiakogbe, the alleged killer of a two-year-old boy who was injured by a stray bullet during a search by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in the Okpanam region of the state.

It should be noted that on July 13, 2023, a stray bullet allegedly killed the boy and injured his brother during an NDLEA raid to apprehend drug peddlers.

DSP Bright Edafe, the command’s spokesman, who revealed the arrest to reporters on Tuesday while parading some criminals, hinted that the suspect will be tried in court following a thorough investigation.
