Nigerian singer Portable has issued a public apology to Fuji legend Saheed Osupa after initially mocking him over the removal of his song from streaming platforms due to alleged copyright infringement.
The dispute began when Portable used a line from Osupa’s song, prompting complaints from the Fuji star’s team, which led to the track being taken down from major platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. Initially, Portable reacted with anger, but in a recent Instagram video, he admitted his mistake and blamed his temper for his outburst.
Acknowledging that money had fueled the conflict, Portable pleaded for forgiveness, urging fans to help him make peace with Osupa. “King Saheed Osupa, please forgive me,” he said, expressing his regret over the situation.
