Primeboy, a childhood friend of the late singer Mohbad, has raised concerns about the intentions of Mohbad’s wife, suggesting that she may be attempting to implicate him. This comes as Primeboy addresses his status as a wanted individual by the police.
The Nigerian Police had recently issued a wanted poster for Primeboy, offering a reward of 1 million naira for information leading to his whereabouts. Primeboy voluntarily surrendered himself to the police and was interviewed by reporters from TVC News at the location.
Expressing his confusion over the situation, Primeboy stated that he had never been formally invited by the police, making the news of his wanted status perplexing. He vehemently denied any involvement in the death of his childhood friend, Mohbad, and shared details of their last moments together.
Primeboy recounted that Mohbad had invited him to the island for a casual hangout and mentioned an upcoming show. During their time together, a dispute between Mohbad and his wife arose, leading Mohbad to ask Primeboy to exit the car they were in. However, Primeboy emphasized that he was unaware of the nature of the argument.
In distress, Primeboy revealed that Mohbad’s wife had taken to the internet to make statements that appeared to implicate him and draw him into the situation.
