Seun Kuti, son of the late Fela Kuti, has dismissed the controversy surrounding former military president Ibrahim Babangida’s newly released book, A Journey in Service. While the book has sparked widespread discussions on Nigeria’s history, Seun Kuti made it clear that he has no interest in it.

Taking to social media, the outspoken musician stated that there is nothing Babangida can reveal that he doesn’t already know. He further emphasized that he would rather share his own account of Nigeria’s past events than rely on the former leader’s version of history.
“I don’t care about Babangida’s book. Whatever he said is his problem. There’s nothing he can tell people like me who are already interested in the real story of this country,” Seun Kuti said.
