Skales, whose real name is Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, took to social media to publicly criticize the EFCC for their recent actions at his residence. The musician stated on X, formerly known as Twitter, that officials from the agency appeared at his home late at night for what they described as a “routine check.”
Despite his clean record and the absence of any criminal activities in his life, Skales claimed that he and his family were subjected to intimidation by armed EFCC personnel in front of his daughter, wife, and staff. He expressed his frustration with the agency and revealed that the incident occurred shortly after he returned from an event and was attempting to put his child to sleep.
Additionally, Skales alleged that his personal belongings and property had been damaged during the encounter.
