A 30-year-old teacher from India, Rajitha, has shocked many after the teacher killed her three children—aged 12, 10, and 8—so she could start a new life with her former classmate, Shiva Kumar.
At first, the teacher told people that her children died from food poisoning after eating curd rice. But police later discovered she had suffocated them one by one. She tried to cover it up to marry Shiva and escape her unhappy marriage with her 50-year-old husband, Chennaiah.
The case, now under police investigation, has gone viral online. Many people are heartbroken and angry, asking how a mother could do such a thing to her own children just to chase a new love.
