Nigerian music executive and former spouse of Tiwa Savage, Teebillz, appeals to the public to extend forgiveness to Naira Marley in light of the recent events surrounding his late protege, Mohbad.
This plea follows the widespread criticism directed at Naira Marley for his alleged indifference and accusations related to his late former signee, Ilerioluwa ‘Mohbad’ Aloba.
Teebillz acknowledged that Naira Marley had invested in nurturing Mohbad’s talent before his tragic passing, despite facing allegations of mistreatment and physical confrontation.
In a post that has since been removed from his Instagram account, the talent manager implored people to consider forgiving Naira Marley for his “shortcomings.” He also expressed a hope that God would grant him a second chance to fulfill his role as a respected leader and influencer.
“Too young too talented to throw under the bus of cancel culture! One of the best writers of the new age! Guilty by association is not a deliberate crime to me……. I pray ppl forgives Naira Marley off his shortcomings and I hope God gives him a 2nd chance to attain his blessings as a bonified leader and influencer! Just yesterday when everyone and their mama was a glorified Marlian…… Naira belived and invested in Imole’s talent when none of the after death advocates of love did….!!! May our creator bless us where we lack knowledge and wisdom!” he conveyed.
