In a statement released on Friday, the Federal Ministry of Works, through the Federal Controller of Works in Lagos State, Olukorede Keisha, has announced the closure of all ramps of the Third Mainland Bridge starting at 7 am on Monday. The decision is part of the Federal Government’s plan to carry out extensive repairs on the crucial bridge.

Keisha emphasized the need for this closure in light of the upcoming repair work, stating, “In view of the above, the motoring public are hereby notified that all four ramps connecting Adekunle to TMB will be closed at the same going forward.”

To minimize disruptions, motorists are urged to seek alternative routes during the repair period and cooperate with traffic management officials who will be deployed to ensure smooth traffic flow and a hassle-free commute.
