Timini Egbuson: ‘I’m Africa’s Biggest Actor

Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson, known for his roles as the ‘bad boy’ in the industry, has declared himself Africa’s biggest actor. Timini made this bold statement during a guest appearance on the Menisms Podcast, where he boasted about his consistent 15-year acting career and his influence on young actors in the industry.

According to Timini, he has been acting consistently for 15 years without any breaks or setbacks. He claimed to have opened the way for many new school young actors and played a significant role in establishing leading male roles for the younger generation.

In his words, “I have been acting for 15 years consistently. I’ve never had a time off or fall off for 15 years consistently. I believe that I genuinely opened up the way for a lot of new school young actors. I also believe that I opened up the leading male young actor category.”

Timini emphasized that when he joined Nollywood, there were no lead roles for young men, and they were typically relegated to minor roles. He asserted that his achievements and contributions to the industry, when combined, make him the biggest actor in Africa.

This bold claim by Timini Egbuson has sparked discussions and reactions on social media, with fans and industry watchers sharing their perspectives on his statement.
