The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja is poised to issue its judgment regarding the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate from the February 25, 2023 elections, opposing President Bola Tinubu.
Currently, one of the five justices, Moses Ugo, is in the process of outlining the key issues that will be addressed in the petition.
