Manchester United are reportedly preparing to invest heavily in the Super Eagles star, Victor Boniface, during the January transfer window.
Many pundits and former Manchester United players have suggested that Victor Osimhen should already be at Old Tafford, the Red Devils seem to be targeting another Nigerian star instead.

Bayer Leverkusen‘s standout forward, Victor Boniface, has emerged as a key target as the club looks to equip new manager Ruben Amorim with significant resources for the winter transfer window.

Amorim’s appointment was met with cautious optimism, and while Marcus Rashford’s early goal in a 1-1 draw against Ipswich hinted at promise, the result underscored the challenges within United’s squad.

Reports from Sky Germany indicate that Manchester United, under INEO’s leadership, are determined to back Amorim by bolstering their attacking options in January. Alongside Boniface, the Red Devils are also reportedly eyeing Eintracht Frankfurt’s in-form Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush.

According to the report,Leverkusen would consider selling Boniface, but only for a significant offer. Meanwhile, Frankfurt is said to have set a price of around €60 million for Marmoush.
Despite Boniface being sidelined with an injury until the new year, its not expected to deter Manchester United’s interest in securing the 22-year-old Ondo-born striker’s talent.
