Why I cried and blocked Davido – Korra Obidi

Nigerian dancer Korra Obidi has shared a disheartening experience she faced at the after-party of Davido and Chris Brown following the Grammys. Despite the joyous celebration of Davido’s nominations at the Grammys, Korra Obidi revealed the unpleasant treatment she encountered at the star-studded event in a recent live chat with her fans.

Korra explained that she was granted access to Davido’s after-party with the help of one of his assistants. During the celebration, she had a polite interaction with Him and even enjoyed a close-up view of Chris Brown. However, her evening took an unexpected turn when she retreated to the bathroom to compose herself due to nervousness.

To her shock, a security guard who had been giving her uncomfortable vibes throughout the party intruded into the bathroom and demanded that she leave immediately. Despite her objections, Korra claimed she was unceremoniously thrown out without her jacket or belongings, left stranded in the cold.

She further alleged that this humiliating incident occurred in full view of Chris Brown and Davido. The traumatic experience led her to tears and haunted her for several nights. Korra revealed that she initiated a blocking campaign, disconnecting from all connections related to the incident, including Davido.

The dancer disclosed that she only recently decided to unblock O Him after he reached out to her. This revelation has sparked discussions online, with fans expressing empathy for Korra’s distressing encounter at the Grammys after-party.
