The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has declared that he will do everything possible to stop former Vice President Atiku Abubakar from becoming Nigeria’s president.
Atiku, who ran for president in 2023 under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), recently said he had no regrets about not picking Wike as his running mate. Many believe this decision led to a major division in the party and contributed to Atiku’s defeat. Wike, who backed another candidate, later admitted to working against him.
Reacting through his media aide, Lere Olayinka, He made it clear that he has no regrets about Atiku’s loss and will continue to oppose him in future elections. “He failed, and he will fail again,” Olayinka posted on social media.
