Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, a Nigerian singer and songwriter, claimed on Instagram that the year 2023 was difficult for him.
In his message, he stated that “2023, you show me shege, 24 be good to me” and that he is now looking forward to a better 2024, hoping that it would be good to him.
This attitude could be tied to the death of his mother, Dolapo Balogun, who died on August 18, 2023 in London.
