“Youth Leader Questions Fubara’s Absence from PDP Events”

The Deputy National Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Timothy Osadolor, has expressed concerns about the continuous absence of Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, from the party’s activities. Osadolor suggested that Fubara’s absence from party events could potentially harm his political prospects.

Governor Fubara has not been seen participating in PDP activities, including events at the party’s national secretariat and other gatherings. His absence has sparked speculation that he may be adhering to the directives of his political mentor, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.

Osadolor emphasized that Fubara should recognize that he is not beholden to any particular individual but rather owes his position to the party that sponsored him during his election. He urged Fubara to assert his independence and engage with the party and its leaders, as he may need the party’s support in future political endeavors.

Governor Fubara’s absence from PDP activities has raised questions about his relationship with the party leadership and his political strategies moving forward.
