In a significant breakthrough, operatives of the Ogun State Community, Social Orientation, and Safety Corps, known as So-Safe Corps, have successfully arrested Kabiru Adedotun, alias K.B, an alleged notorious member of the Eye Confraternity. The cultist, who had been reportedly terrorizing Ogun communities, was apprehended during a routine patrol, and a cut-to-size pistol was confiscated from his possession.

The arrest of the cultist and recovery of the firearm were disclosed in an official statement from the Office of the State Commander of the Corps, Commander Soji Ganzallo, through the Office of the Director of Information and Public Relations of the Corps, Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf.
According to the statement, the tactical squad of the So-Safe Corps acted on received information, leading them to pursue and subsequently apprehend the suspected cultist, Kabiru Adedotun. The arrest took place at his residence in Totoro, Abeokuta, located in the Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The suspect, identified as a member of the Eye Confraternity, allegedly confessed to participating in various criminal activities within the state. During the preliminary investigation, Adedotun reportedly revealed the names of accomplices within his gang.
Commander Ganzallo emphasized the importance of the arrest of the cultist, stating that the suspect and the recovered firearm had been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Monitoring Unit, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta. The subsequent step involves transferring them to the State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, for further investigation and potential prosecution.
The So-Safe Corps reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the safety and security of communities in Ogun State, urging residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to law enforcement agencies.
