Faith Oyedepo, the wife of David Oyedepo, the presiding pastor of Living Faith a.k.a Winners Chapel, in a recent Facebook post, highlighted the significance of a woman in a man’s life, drawing from 1 Corinthians 11 verse 7B, which states that “the woman is the glory of the man.” According to her, women are meant to be a source of beauty, joy, and support for their husbands, just like a crown adorns a king’s head.
Encouraging married women to embrace their roles in the home, she emphasized the importance of being excited about their place and fulfilling their responsibilities well.
Additionally, Faith Oyedepo explained the principle of the husband being the head of the wife, as stated in Ephesians 5:23. This principle does not imply superiority but rather a different role for men and women in the home. Husbands are to lead and provide, while wives are to submit and respect.
