Popular comedian and actor, Ayodeji Makun, known as AY, marked his second daughter Ayomide’s third birthday with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. The actor expressed his joy and gratitude for Ayomide, describing her as a “precious gift” who brought happiness after 13 years of waiting.
Sharing his emotional message, AY wrote, “Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Ayomide (my Joy has come). Today I celebrate you turning 3 years old. Even though I do not see you to run around with like I used to, I couldn’t be more grateful for every moment we’ve shared. You are a shining light in my life, a precious gift that came after 13 years of waiting and hoping.”
Ayomide was born in 2022, 13 years after AY and his ex-wife, Mabel Makun, welcomed their first child, Michelle. The couple recently separated after 16 years of marriage, reportedly over allegations of infidelity. Despite the split, AY’s love and pride for his daughter remain unwavering.
