Nigerian singer and Grammy award-winner, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the first African musician to sell out a stadium show in the United States. The talented artist captivated a crowd of 41,000 fans at the Citi Field Stadium in NYC, USA, on Saturday.
Adding to the excitement, Burna Boy’s sister, Nissi, graced the stage as the opening artist for the concert. The highlight of the event was when British rapper Dave joined Burna Boy to perform their hit collaboration, ‘Location.’
Throughout the concert, Burna Boy thrilled the audience with electrifying performances of his popular tracks, including ‘Ye,’ as well as songs from his acclaimed albums ‘Outside,’ ‘African Giant,’ ‘Twice As Tall,’ and ‘Love Damini.’
