Don’t Discredit Buhari’s Achievements: Call to Acknowledge Successes

In a rebuttal to criticisms surrounding the accomplishments of former President Muhammadu Buhari during his eight-year tenure, the group known as Protectors of PMB Legacy has asserted that it is unfair to claim Buhari did nothing to advance the nation.

The group, led by Coordinator Mohammed Ajiji, issued a statement on Sunday in Kaduna, announcing the launch of a dedicated website: www.pmbscorecard.gov.ng. This website aims to chronicle and showcase the achievements of the Buhari administration, urging Nigerians to visit and assess the accomplishments for themselves.

Ajiji emphasized the need to dispel what they consider misleading claims, stating, “We are being compelled to address some claims asserting that the government of former President Muhammadu Buhari has not achieved anything during its tenure. Such assertions are not only misleading but also disregard the numerous accomplishments documented on the PMB scorecard website.”

Expressing surprise at the breadth of projects outlined on the website, Ajiji asserted, “Contrary to the misinformation being circulated, the Buhari administration has made significant strides across various sectors, contributing to the overall development and progress of Nigeria.”

The group extended an invitation to concerned citizens, the media, musicians, political critics, and other interest groups to visit the PMB scorecard website. They believe that a detailed exploration of the site would provide transparent insights into the achievements of the government and address any misconceptions about the former president’s legacy.

This move by the Protectors of PMB Legacy reflects an effort to present a comprehensive record of Buhari’s administration, allowing the public to form their own opinions based on the documented achievements highlighted on the website.
