Gombe State Governor Condemns Brutal Murder, Vows Justice

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, has expressed deep sorrow over the brutal murder of a 58-year-old mother of eight, Aishatu Abdullahi, in the Jekadafari ward of Gombe metropolis. The governor described the incident as a senseless act of violence.

In an official statement signed by the Director-General of Press Affairs, Ismaila Misilli, Governor Yahaya directed the police and other relevant security agencies to mobilize their investigative resources to ensure that those responsible for this heinous crime are swiftly brought to justice.

The governor emphasized his administration’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all citizens in Gombe State.
